Gyrfalcon (Falco rusticolus) Faucon gerfaut

Description : Big falcon with wings slightly more rounded than others. Feathers could be black, grey, or white.

Habitats : Tundra, cliffs, mountains, coastal, open land.
Wingspan : 1.1 to 1.6 m
Nourriture : Birds like ptarmigans, and small mammals.

This species lives way up North. It is the largest of all falcons.
